2025 Fall Conference: Come, Lord Jesus

From October 15-19, 2025, our NCC family gathered for the annual Fall Conference under the theme "Come, Lord Jesus." Throughout the weekend, we reflected on topics such as prayer, revival, empowerment, testing, and the hope of Christ’s soon return.

The Conference opened Wednesday evening with Br Eli Tenorio's message titled "A Heartbeat." He reminded us that prayer is the pulse of each and every church—the heartbeat that keeps our faith alive and our focus fixed on Christ’s coming. His appeal to seek God earnestly in prayer helped to set the tone for the entire conference. The service also included special music from B4 the Throne, and a time for dedicated prayer before heading home for the evening.

On Thursday, Br Johab Silva spoke about "A Revival." Through the story of the disciples, he showed how the cross transformed fear into courage and prayer into power, calling each listener to experience that same personal revival today. Br Jeffre Padilla sang a beautiful piece at the end of the program.

Friday’s meeting, "Empowered," presented by Br Darvin Lopez, centered on the promise of the Holy Spirit from Acts 1:8. The message reminded us that God longs to fill His people with divine strength to carry the gospel to the ends of the earth. The special music from both the Cousin's Trio and Barbosa Family also reminded us of the true power behind all that we have and all that we do.

The Sabbath services were the high point of the weekend, with over 450 people in attendance. In the morning, Br Eli's message, "A Mighty Call," urged us to respond with our whole hearts to the calling we receive from above, and to live faithfully in the final moments before Christ’s return. The NCC Orchestra started off the meeting by reminding us that Victory is through Christ, and the meeting was closed with special music from Renovassom. The afternoon Praise & Testimonies program, led by Sr Nicole Fountain and Sr Julia Zic, filled the Moriah Heights Auditorium with beautiful sounds of praise from groups across the NCC and beyond, such as the NCC Children, more from the NCC Orchestra, multiple church and combined choirs, and smaller groups and soloists as well. The program was fully packed with blessings, as it also contained the testimony of Br Milan Lasica, a man who stood firm for his faith while being persecuted. As the sun set, we were blessed to hear the NCC Choir welcome in the new week by singing "Abide With Me". We also heard the final thoughts of Br Milan's testimony, which led right into Br Johab's closing message titled "Tested." His message reminded us that trials refine our faith and prepare us for heaven.

The conference spiritual program concluded Sunday morning with "His Return" by Br. Boris Gurduiala. Drawing from Revelation 22:20, his message focused the question at the heart of the theme: Are we ready for the coming of the Lord? The conference closed in joyful fellowship after a delicious baked potato lunch with youth and children’s activities, as the congregation reflected on the blessings of the week.

The weekend was filled with opportunities to grow closer to Christ in these end times, as well as enjoy delicious food, connect with each other, and spend a beautiful few days at the Moriah Heights property appreciating God's creation. Through every message, prayer, moment of worship, and fellowship shared our hearts were united in the same prayer: "Even So, Come Lord Jesus!"
