SDARM NCC
Company Mission: Proclaim through spoken or written word, or any other means, the everlasting gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Organize worship services, prayer meetings, Bible classes, Sabbath schools, evangelistic efforts and all such customary denominational activities.
English-Speaking Bible Worker
Role Summary: Spread the gospel in the Sacramento and Amador County areas , as well as support the the NCC churches via sermons, studies, and other responsibilities appropriate of a Bible Worker.
Job Function:
Perform Bible Studies with members and non-members in the greater Sacramento area and Amador County
Prepare and present topics in English to be shared with predominantly the Moriah Heights church and other churches in the NCC
Visit with members and non-members within the NCC, especially in the assigned area
Communicate and cooperate with other workers and employees of the NCC to effectively spread the gospel in the Northern California region.
Assist in gathering and following up with individuals who have expressed interest
Assist in various types of outreach events in the community
Support the missionary programs of the local churches, especially the Moriah Heights church and motivate members and regular attendees to do the same
Will participate in administrative development and training opportunities to be able to work within NCC Policies and state and federal legal requirements

Must be a member in good standing of the Seventh Day Adventist Reform Movement Church
No preference for ordination level, at least 2 years of experience preferred or completion of a Missionary Training School program.
Compensation: $4,017/month + benefits - Salary Position
Additional pay raises are available depending on ordination status, responsibilities held, and tenure as an SDARM employee.
Benefits include but are not limited to retirement contribution, health insurance reimbursement, and work expense reimbursements

Bible Worker with Musical Focus
Role Summary: Spread the gospel in the Northern California Conference with a focus on musical endeavors and techniques, as well as support the the NCC churches via sermons, studies, and other responsibilities appropriate of a Bible Worker.
Job Function:
Perform Bible Studies with members and non-members within established areas of the Northern California Conference
Prepare and present topics related to music and music ministry in predominantly English to be shared in churches in the NCC
Visit with members and non-members within the NCC, bringing music into the homes of those within the NCC congregations and communities
Communicate and cooperate with other workers and employees of the NCC to effectively spread the gospel in the Northern California region.
Assist in gathering and following up with individuals who have expressed interest from Music Ministry endeavors. Includes handing off interested individuals to Bible Workers local to their area
Assist local churches in various types of musical outreach events in the community
Support the music-related missionary programs of the local churches and motivate members and regular attendees to do the same
Coordinate NCC Musical Groups to align with the goals of the Music Ministry department, which may or may not include leading choirs, orchestras, or other groups of musicians in the NCC
Coordinate Musical Ministry projects with the NCC Administration, Administrative Director, Media Director, and Music Department Leader including, but not limited to, evangelistic concerts, benefit concerts, and public music ministry.
Coordinate and plan special music for NCC-organized events such as Campmeetings, Youth Camps, Weekend Seminars, and High Sabbaths
Recruit and encourage musicians, both vocal and instrumental, within the congregation and promote the music program.
Care for and maintain all musical instruments listed as assets of the NCC
Will participate in administrative development and training opportunities to be able to work within NCC Policies and state and federal legal requirements

Note: This position is being offered as a one-year pilot program. The contract offered to the selected applicant will be valid for one year after the effective start date. Renewal of the contract will be determined according to the need and available finances of this position at the time near the close of the contract.
